ICF Mentor Coaching Program

Are you planning to apply for your ICF credentials and looking for an ICF Mentor Coaching program? Are you a credentialed ICF Associate Certified Coach and looking to renew your credentials? Then you are in the right place and our Mentor Coaching program, with its group mentoring and individual mentoring sessions will help you to validate and improve your coaching skills.

Why Mentor Coaching Program?

​

Mentor Coaching for an ICF Credential consists of coaching and feedback in a collaborative, appreciative and dialogued process based on an observed or recorded coaching session to increase the coach’s capability in coaching, in alignment with the ICF Core Coaching Competencies.

​

Mentoring Relationship is that of trust and growth. It is for those who are looking to become a more effective coach, further their professional development, looking to supercharge their coaching sessions, improve their communication skills, and grow their coaching business.

Our mentoring program is created and run by highly skilled ICF Credentialed Coaches who are also ICF Mentor Coaches in accordance with the strict guidelines of International Coaching Federation.

As a mentee in our mentoring program, you will get professional help in achieving and showing the levels of coaching competency and capability demanded by the desired credential level. Whether you are or envision your path as that of a life coach, executive coach, or business coach, your coaching career will benefit from these hours spent with the Credentialed Coach.

Our Mentor Coaching Program takes place over an extended time (three-month minimum) in a cycle that allows for listening and feedback from the Mentor Coach while also allowing reflection and practice on the part of the individual being mentored. The mentee will also gains confidence to take ICF Coach Knowledge Assessment. The mentees will take part in group sessions and benefit from mutual learning with fellow students, and in one-on-one sessions where they will enjoy individual attention of the ICF Mentor Coach.

Who Needs Mentor Coaching?

​

ICF requires credentialing candidates on the following ICF paths to take part in Mentor Coaching prior to submitting their application:

  • ACC ACSTH

  • ACC Portfolio

  • PCC Level 1 / ACSTH

  • PCC Portfolio

Do I Need Mentor Coaching for my ACC Renewal?

​

Yes, coaches applying to renew their ACC Credential are required to complete an additional 10 hours of Mentor Coaching above those hours required for their initial credential.

ACC or PCC ACSTH and Portfolio Applications

​

In our Mentor Coaching program we take a holistic approach to your skills development as a coach. With the help of your Mentor Coach you will start with setting and clarifying your development goals and professional goals and create an action plan that is tailored to your chosen career path individual needs. We will dig into your coaching approach, focus on the core skills that make you a great coach, help take your coaching skills to the highest level.

Credentialing candidates on the ACC ACSTH, PCC Level 1 / ACSTH and Portfolio paths must complete 10 hours of Mentor Coaching prior to submitting their application.

​

We offer 10 total mentoring hours as required by ICF, out of which 3 hours are those of the individual Mentor Coaching and 7 hours of group mentoring. We keep our Mentor Coaching groups with minimum of 6 people and maximum of 10 people to have good interaction on one hand and to ensure personal attention and quality of mentoring on the other.

We also provide all necessary documentation after you successfully complete our Mentor Coaching program for your ICF credential application.
